Since the third-generation Renault Duster (Dacia Duster) has been unveiled globally, it marks a significant advancement for the model, especially as the second-generation version never made it to India. Although it’s not expected to arrive in the country until 2025, here are some images for you to preview:
The eagerly anticipated Renault Duster SUV is set to launch in India by June 2025, offering versatility and style in a price range of Rs. 10.00 – 15.00 Lakh, with 3 variants, manual transmission, and a choice of 4 striking colors.
The new Duster maintains its rugged stance and muscular silhouette, enhanced by Y-shaped LED DRLs and taillights, prominent wheel arches, body cladding for added toughness, updated front and rear bumpers, practical roof rails, and rear door handles mounted on the pillars, highlighting its robust exterior design.
Inside, the new-gen Renault Duster boasts a completely revamped cabin featuring a new dashboard layout, center console, and seat upholstery. Loaded with modern amenities, it includes a floating touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, wireless charger for convenience, automatic climate control for comfort, and a redesigned gear selector lever, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
The new-age Renault Duster will offer two distinct powertrain options: a 1.6-litre petrol-hybrid engine and a 1.2-litre petrol engine. Additionally, top-spec variants may also include advanced 4×4 technology, enhancing its capability across diverse terrains.
Upon its arrival, the Renault Duster will enter a competitive segment in India, challenging vehicles like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, MG Astor, Honda Elevate, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, and the Citroen C3 Aircross, aiming to carve out its place with its rugged design and versatile features.
