The Suzuki Burgman Street Electric is set to launch in India by the end of this year, with an anticipated price range of ₹1,05,000 to ₹1,20,000. This new electric scooter will enter a competitive market alongside several similar models currently available, including the Okaya Faast F3, BGauss RUV350, and Kinetic Green Flex. Additionally, Suzuki will be introducing another comparable model, the Suzuki Access Electric, in the same month. With these new entries, the electric scooter segment in India is poised for increased variety and innovation, giving consumers more options to choose from.
Suzuki is gearing up to enter the Indian electric two-wheeler market with the upcoming electric version of its popular Burgman Street 125.
While technical details of the Suzuki Burgman Street Electric are still under wraps, it is anticipated to compete closely with the TVS iQube and Bajaj Chetak. Expect a battery range of approximately 60-80 km and a comparable top speed. The scooter may feature advanced elements like Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone pairing. However, whether it will include fast-charging capabilities or battery-swapping options remains to be seen.
We anticipate that the Suzuki Burgman Street Electric will be priced around the ₹1 lakh mark.
